- $225 Cleaning Fee for monthly stays.
- Deposit of 50% taken at time of booking if more than 21 days prior to arrival date.
- Deposit of 100% due at booking if within 21 days of arrival.
- Sorry no refunds for cancellations within 21 days of arrival date, for cancellations more than 21 days of arrival date a full refund less 10% cancellation fee.
